Precinct Captain System by an Alliance of Progressive Groups in San Francisco for November Elections

Introduction: As a collective of progressive groups in San Francisco, we recognize the critical importance of grassroots engagement in local elections. To maximize our impact and ensure representation of our values, we propose the establishment of a Precinct Captain System.

Objective: Our objective is to mobilize communities within districts 1, 3, 5, 8, and 9 of San Francisco for the November elections. By creating a network of dedicated Precinct Captains, we aim to increase voter turnout, advocate for progressive policies, and amplify the voices of marginalized communities.
