March is International Women's History Month and the Harvey Milk LGBT Democratic Club would like to honour not only the women in our community who laid foundations, but those badass members who continue to make history by living the fight every day.
Join the Harvey Milk Club and the San Francisco Women's Political Committee this Wednesday, March 23rd for happy hour at the Wild West, a queer women's bar in Bernal Heights. Come mix and mingle and get to know a number of the progressive women candidates who are running for elected office in San Francisco this year, including Jane Kim for State Senate, Kimberly Alvarenga for District 11 Supervisor, Hillary Ronen for District 9 Supervisor, Sandra Lee Fewer for District 1 Supervisor, and more!
Barbecue food will be provided. There will be a short speaking program at 7:30pm.
